Project Management

• Manage fast-moving projects and drive execution of project plans, develop project management systems that scale, and direct the integration team members

• Agile project management (wbs, planning, defining budget, scope timeline, execution, wrap-up)

• Manage global and cross-functional projects to improve team operations and cross functional engagements while accounting for project scope creep

• Present and explain proposals or status update reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Maneuver challenges, create contingency plans, manage people resources, pivot to meet deadlines

• Lead and advise on the implementation, facilitation, and improvement of new and existing systems and processes to fulfill key performance indicators

• Ensure project constraints such as budget, resources, and time are controlled
